Details such as project scope, timelines, and pricing will be agreed individually with each client.

Payments must be made according to the agreed invoice or project terms.
Work might pause or be delayed if payment is not received.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless we agree otherwise:

• You receive all rights to the final work delivered to you.

• Dotvance may keep a copy of the work for portfolio use.

5. Limitation of Liability

If something goes wrong, Dotvance’s total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service related to the claim.

Dotvance is not responsible for:

• indirect or accidental damages

• loss of data or profits

• issues caused by third-party services, tools, or platforms

6. Dispute Resolution

If a disagreement happens, we will try to solve it informally first.

If we cannot resolve it, the dispute will be handled by arbitration in Banská Bystrica, Slovakia, and the proceedings will be in English.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Slovakia.

Dotvance may update these terms from time to time.
